Our Commitment To Privacy

Our members' privacy is important to us. We provide this notice explaining our online informational practices as well as informing you how to make changes to your data. To make this notice easy to find, we have made it readily available from every page on our web site including every point where we ask for personal information.

The Information We Collect:

This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the Nashville Branch of the Liverpool F.C. Supporter's Club website. Currently the only page where we collect personal information is your contact information needed when you join the club. The types of personal information collected at these pages are: Name, Email address.

Multimedia Information

From time to time we take pictures and/or videos of branch events. If you do not want your picture taken or part of a video, please contact us upon arrival at the event. We will make every effort to remove photos and/or videos from our website once we receive credible notice of your wishes not to be included.

The Way We Use Information:

We use the information you provide about yourself when registering only to complete that registration. It is possible that in becoming a member of the Association of International Branches we will be required to provide some personal information to Liverpool F.C. This is part of the registration process and will not go beyond LFC. We do not share this information with any outside parties, including other members. We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties. Information you submit on our website will not be used for any purpose other than contacting our members. Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above.

Lapsed Membership Information

Once your membership has lapsed for more than three years, we remove all contact information from your profile. Should you wish to re-join, we will treat you as a new member.

Removing Information

At any point you can choose to have your personally identifiable information removed from our database prior to the three year timeframe by requesting your information be removed

How You Can Access Or Correct Your Information

If you with to access or modify the information collected, you may email us. To protect your privacy and security, we will require that you email from the address you submitted when registering before granting access or making corrections.
